P Shot Philadelphia
It is estimated that between 15 and 30 million American men suffer from erectile dysfunction. 40% of men in their 40’s can begin with decreased sexual performance and it only gets worse with aging.
If you are unable to achieve and or maintain an erect penis adequate for sexual function, you have erectile dysfunction.
There are may cause of ED and the treatments can have variable results and side effects. If Viagra is letting you down and Cialis is giving you unwanted side effects, perhaps it is time try a more natural approach with the healing powers of Platelet Rich Plasma in a Priapus shot.
The Priapus Shot® (also known as the P-Shot) is an office based treatment utilizing blood derived growth factors to deliver lasting improvements in sexual performance*.
Candidates for treatment may include the following:
– Any male looking to improve sexual performance*
– Men who have lost some sexual function from prostate surgery or enlargement*
– Patients suffering the side effects of conditions such as diabetes*.
Smokers are typically not good candidates for the The Priapus Shot® as cigarettes will kill the growth of the stem cells that are recruited and fertilized by Platlet Rich Plasma injection. Stop smoking and then come in for the rejuvenating effects of the P-shot. Many patients get results as soon as the day of treatment*!
There is a female version of the treatment called the O-shot.

What can the Priapus Shot do for you?
The Priapus Shot® can help many patients get a larger, stronger, more sensitive and healthier penis*. If you still need Viagra or Cialis after your P-shot, you may notice that it works better*. Results can vary but many men report significant improvement in their symptoms.
Priapus Shot® Treatment Protocol
Once you have decided that the P-shot is right for you, we will give you a numbing cream to apply to your penis.
While you wait for the cream to work, a small amount of blood will be drawn from your arm.
You will watch your blood get processed in the TruePRP device which will separate your cells and deliver Platelet Rich Plasma.
The PRP is then mixed with Calcium Chloride activating the platelets to release up to 8 growth factors.
It is now time for injection.
Using tiny needles, the PRP will be injected in 5 areas to distribute the grown factors in the proper manner.
You should see improvements immediately due to the increase volume in the penis. We recommend use of a penis pump for 15 minutes immediately after treatment to further distribute the PRP.
Continue use of the penis pump daily for at least SIX WEEKS after the procedure.
Once the fluid is absorbed, you will return to your usual pre-treatment status in 3-5 days. The improvements created by the growth factors usually begin in 3 weeks* and continue for months*. Increase in girth and length is common*.
The results of this safe, non-surgical 20-minute procedure are ususally dramatic and long lasting*.
Results are variable as each person’s body is different. Many men improve after the first P-Shot*. In 12 weeks, you can have a second P-shot improving results for most patients*. One to three treatments are typical*.
Patients who are sedentary, smoke or have vascular disease typically do not respond as well to treatment. You also need to use the penis pump as instructed for at least six weeks.
If you want to maximize your Priapus Shot result, Do Not Smoke, exercise daily and use your penis pump as instructed.
Stimulation of uni-potent stem cells can actually grow new tissue , so the change in shape is not from something foreign being in the body but from the body actually rejuvenating and growing.* The PRFM stimulates new blood flow with new blood vessels (neovascularization).*
It is important to know that that not everyone will necessarily achieve the same results or satisfaction; however for many the result is an increase in the length, girth and sensitivity of the penis and the treatment results for those men are impressive.* Also, results are not instantaneous. It takes several weeks to achieve the full effects and there are a couple things one must do daily to increase the rate of success. All of which will be discussed during your private consultation
Question: Where is the injection put?
Answer: Directly into the corpus cavernosum with a small needle, and into the head of the penis–in a way almost exactly as done with those who use injections for erectile dysfunction.
Question: What about scar tissue?
Answer: If you look at men who inject 3 to 5 times a week over many years for treatment for erectile dysfunction, there is an infrequent incidence of scar tissue formation.* This is with multiple injections for years. With this procedure, there is only one injection, so the chances of scar tissue should be almost nothing. There has not been the report of any fibrosis or scar tissue formation from the P-shot.*
Question: Does it hurt?
Answer: You will be given a numbing cream that contains lidocaine to place in the area for 20 minute prior to your injection. You will feel some discomfort but most patients tolerate the procedure very well.
