Sara Adams, Nurse Practitioner
The Falcone Center was fortunate to add Nurse Practitioner, Sara Adams to our team in 2017. She is a delightful and caring individual skilled in many of the services offered at the Falcone Center.
Sara graduated cum laude with a nursing degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2004. After working in multiple hospital settings, including ICU and PACU, she obtained her Masters as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Rush University in 2009.
Her nurse practitioner career began in the realm of functional medicine where she learned bioidentical hormone replacement, nutrition, food sensitivities, gastrointestinal health, and IV cocktails. She has continued her education with the Institute of Functional Medicine and the American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine. Sara is an avid learner regularly advancing her education through study, webinars and courses.
Along with functional medicine, Sara has experience in aesthetic and regenerative medicines, having worked at a national medispa and a stem cell center. It is her belief that these areas of medicine compliment each other well, healing the individual inside and out. Because of this, joining the Falcone Center was a perfect match for Sara.
In her spare time Sara enjoys photography, travel, Barre classes, running, hiking, kayaking, and exploring culinary venues.
