Sculptra® Encourages Your Own Body to Help You Look Younger
Sculptra® is a facial injectable that reduces the appearance of a wide range of wrinkles and folds from shallow to deep.
Sculptra® is the first injectable specifically to give you gradual, subtle results over time*. Sculptra® works by replacing collagen with a biocompatible, biodegradable synthetic material called poly-L-lactic acid. Collagen in a substance naturally produced by the skin that helps build structure and elasticity of the skin*.
Due to the natural aging process, collagen breaks down and the production of collagen slows. Sculptra® treatments are typically done in three sessions over a period of a few months, and the results can last up to two years.
Is Sculptra® a Good Choice for You?
Are you looking for a solution to varying wrinkles and lines in a number of areas of your face?
Sculptra® can be used for nearly any type of line, wrinkle, or crease and is a substance that is easy on your body as well as easy on the environment. The synthetic material is biocompatible and biodegradable and is highly unlikely to cause any type of reaction within your body, lessening the chance of any complications.
If you are affected by the following, you may be a good candidate:
- Smile lines
- Lines framing your mouth
- Chin wrinkles
While Sculptra® treatments initially require around three visits, the results can last up to two years. Dr. Falcone may adjust your course of treatment over time to enhance a natural-looking appearance.
